September 25, 2019 Definition of a White Paper If you were assigned a task to write a white paper, it would be good to understand its meaning. This is a document that is offering the solution to a particular problem. Initially, official documents were used only in government offices, and that is how their first form appeared. Then came corporations and corporate official documents. Usually, they consist of at least 1 page, but in total there should be no more than 5. Official documents also include free white pages. The main task of this white paper is to provide readers with convincing evidence that the proposed solution can solve the problem in the best way. Or offer them a certain position, explaining why it should be followed. Such official documents help to make important decisions, both for existing and potential customers. Speaking about the corporate environment, in an official document, you can place an offer to use your product for marketing or technical purposes. If we talk about the government, the white paper will help find ways to solve state and municipal problems. How to Write a White Paper This is not an easy task, so you need to find a wisely approach, and plan everything well. If you know your goal clearly, know what will your content about and write it well, you will be able to prepare a focused and effective document. To do this, you need to understand your customers’ wishes and problems. At the next stage you need to find suitable arguments, convincingly show that your decision is attractive. We offer a look at the key stages of writing a white paper. Lets start by profiling your audience. Understand your audience We have already mentioned that a white paper is needed to uphold a certain position in relation to the problem. This means that most likely the problem is not global, as an environmental disaster. This is something specific, well known to a particular group. Therefore, it is important to first get to know your target audience, learn more about these people. This point is really important, as it will help shape your arguments. You must speak a language that is understandable not to you, but to your customers. It also depends on whether your paper wakes up simple or complex. Understanding the field of your readers, you can understand how to structure your white paper, how to make it attractive. For example, if your audience includes professionals from the same field of practice, you can write your white paper with ease, adding some professional jargon. If there are people from different areas among the audience, the article should be more general. Try to use a minimum of scientific terms, always check them in detail. Consider the following: If your white paper is aimed at a corporate audience, tell it about possible growth, investment efficiency. An official government document should talk about political implications. Technical data and descriptions for them need to be selected for a specific field of knowledge. It’s essential to choose the right title. Be sure to focus on the catchy title. After all, it depends on it whether the reader will pay attention to your white paper. But this does not mean that it is worth using some clickbait it is quite repulsive. The title should be related to the problem proposed in the document. Make it clear to a wide audience. You can add the words â€Å"white paper† in the title, but this is not necessary. Hook the audience Starting to write a book, get down to business immediately. Avoid unnecessary language, water, spatial reasoning that will not add any value to your white paper. It is important for you to attract and hold the readers attention so that he continues to study the paper. Introduction Your introduction should be simple and captivating. First things first, thank your audience for reading and tell them what you will write about. Next, you need to describe the problem and briefly tell why it matters. After that, you can provide a list of arguments and explain your position. Provide a solution summary Your next step is to briefly tell your audience about the method that you will use during the analysis. You also need to find a list of other solutions to the problem and explain why, in your opinion, they seem inappropriate. Readers should understand that exactly what you offer will save the situation. After you describe all these aspects, clearly state the problem. Take a look at our guidelines: Problem Identification The problem should not be based on your personal needs, but on what your audience needs. Make sure you focus on her. Also, take care to state the problem literally in one or two sentences. Examples:   Ã‚  Ã‚  Increased number of university dropouts.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Significant Decreasing Sales.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Labor market stagnation   Ã‚  Ã‚  Problem Analysis. Now you need to talk about the problem in more detail, to present not only your attitude but also the available information. How do you understand that this problem deserves attention? What facts and figures confirm this? Make sure you speak clear and precise sentences. Try to put the analysis in one paragraph. This will help to earn the trust of readers, to show that you are not unfounded. Give a Historical overview A historical review will help to understand why the problem for which you are proposing a solution is indeed a problem. In most cases, it could arise as a result of attempts to solve another problem. Use having data to explain the root causes. Use Images and Tables Visual aids are very important. You need the audience to correctly understand your arguments, and they will help. It can be graphs, charts, diagrams. Keep in mind that they not only emphasize the arguments but also attract the attention of the audience. You can place visual aids directly in the text or add to the application section. Provide additional findings Make sure that you correctly understand the statistical information that you provide. Your arguments should be simple, clear and correctly explained. No room for doubt! Let different people read the text and ask them if they understand the provided data the same way. Finally, you need to find the right arguments that provide compelling and attractive solutions: Provide the decision Once you told about the existence of the problem, explained why it matters and argued for it, you need to prepare a suitable solution. Not just in words, but with a clear plan on how you will implement your ideas. To make the reader easily follow your ideas and understand them, divide your text into several parts. The pre-compiled outline will help you in this way. Provide justification It is very important to find enough arguments and evidence that your decision will really save the situation and that people should follow your recommendations. Rely on scientific articles, government publications, industry journals, data and figures from your research. You can also refer to other solutions that are possible. Recognize that they also have positive aspects and may help, but explain to the audience that your decision is the best. Provide a summary Try to summarize. Briefly tell about the problem, about your solution, and about the expected results. Several Tips for a Successful Writing Below are some tips you can use to prepare a compelling white paper.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Relevant topic A topic is the face of your document. At first glance, this task seems as simple as possible, but many people have to deal with issues in finding a topic for their white paper. Still, it defines whether people want to read your text. To facilitate your choice of topic, describe your audience. Who are they, how old are they, what are they doing and are interested in. Now you can analyze the problems relevant to them and choose the best topic for your white paper.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Professionalism You should consider that you are not writing a general blog, post or story. Your document has a specific purpose to provide a solution to a problem. Make sure that you are professional, write in a business style, clearly and clearly state your point of view.   Ã‚  Catchy introduction Having already looked at the headline and the introduction, the reader understands whether he wants to read the text further. So make sure the introduction is fun. At first, it is important to attract attention, and then to tell what the reader learns from the article. You will need to describe the content, cover the topics of your paper in a nutshell.   Ã‚  Show value Do not consider your white paper as a form of advertising. Rather, it is an opportunity to express an expert opinion, to communicate with readers on a topic that they are interested in. Then you will benefit from writing the document. For example, you will attract more new audience. The main goal is to make the technical document valuable, to provide useful tips and well-researched information.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Proper organization It is important to properly organize your white paper. Before you start drafting a technical document, make sure that you have an outline and it meets your goals. Only in this way can you attract the attention of readers, show them the value of your decision, begin to act in the right direction.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Editing and Proofreading This is a very significant part of the technical document. You need to reread it at least twice, to make sure that there are no errors in the text. If you write a white paper well, it will raise your credibility. Get rid of any spelling and grammar mistakes, typos. Check how easy the text is to read. We ourselves cannot always correctly evaluate what we have written, therefore, attracting other people to check. They will read and express their opinion, which will help to take a different look at their white paper.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Follow up If your official document contains information useful to readers on how to use a particular product or service, be sure to indicate this at the end of the article. The white paper itself should not contain goods and services. Mentioning them, include them in the text naturally, without intrusive advertising. White Paper Writing Format Follow the next outline to prepare a good paper: Title/Headline this should describe your topic sweet but short. Executive summary- reveals the goals of your book. Introduction a brief description of the content, all its sections and issues. A subheading for every section divide your white into sections to keep the structure. Sidebars additional data. Add it if applicable. Conclusion findings and call to action. Following this guide, you will surely write an outstanding white paper. You can be inspired by various patterns or patterns. But if you still feel insecure or do not have time, you can always order a white paper from professional authors.

Stanford Case Study - 1832 Words

The Stanford group has performed a series of clinical trials using CD34+ purified cell transplants to induce tolerance to an HLA matched and mismatched living kidney donation. The first six patients were transplanted between 2000 and 2003 and had HLA-disparate donors104. Both related and unrelated patient/donor pairs ranged from a 3/6 to 0/6 HLA match. Six weeks before transplantation, the donors were treated with five doses of G-CSF for bone marrow mobilization. They then completed leukapheresis to harvest the peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The researchers selected the CD34+ mononuclear cells using a magnetic bead column resulting in 75% purity. Recipient conditioning included IV infusion of 1.5mg/kg rabbit ATG on days 1,†¦show more content†¦In addition, patients received a standard dose of MMF for 30 days after the infusion of donor cells. Between 6 months and 14 months post-transplant, 17 of 22 patients were successfully removed from IS. Of these, seven pat ients maintained stable chimerism for up to eight years (REF: Busque, Relationship Between Mixed Chimerism and Tolerance in HLA-Matched and -Mismatched Recipients of Kidney and Hematopoietic Cell Transplants. 2017, ATC). Nine experienced transient chimerism with donor cells lost at or around the time of IS taper. All but one have been able to maintain their IS-free status until their most recent follow-up (2 to 96 months off IS). All patients with stable, durable chimerism had a peak level of chimerism above 65% in their first two months after transplant. Of those that showed transient chimerism, six patients had a peak chimerism below 65%. This suggested a target for a chimerism peak for future studies 105,106. The final group of HLA haplotype mismatched patients was transplanted under a similar protocol as part of a dose escalation of the CD3+ cell addback to the donor infusion in order to promote durable mixed chimerism for at least six months while avoiding GVHD. Since 2013, ten patients have been treated under the protocol. The patients received between 8Ãâ€"106 and 22Ãâ€"106 CD34+ cells/kg. An Arrow on Arrow Diagram Free Essay Example, 750 words

An Arrow on Arrow (AON) diagram is developed to establish the sequence of the project activities, as shown in Fig. 4-1. Table 4-1 contains data that has been processed to perform a Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT). The estimated time (Te) for completing the activity has been determined. Fig. 4-2 represents a PDM diagram based on the estimated times (Te). One critical path is identified as A-E-G-L-M for an estimated duration of 52.2 days. Non-critical activities are assessed for the probability of becoming critical. The paths that present a low risk are: ADHJNO (0.07 %), BDHJPQ (0.31%) and AEGQ (0%). The paths that present a moderate risk of becoming critical are BDHKQ (3.07%) and AEIKQ (3.74%). The path that presents a high risk of becoming critical is ACFIKQ at 43.25%. The certainty date (Tx) for 90% completion is determined with the central limit theorem and equates to 58.38 days. The expected duration (Tx) to give a 100% probability of completing the project is 70.2 da ys. Therefore a contingency of 18 days is required to ensure timely delivery of the project which equates to a 34% contingency level. At the beginning of the twentieth century, schools grew from one-room schoolhouses into schools with multiple grades and classrooms. These caused the need for someone to manage the more complex organizations. Initially, the teachers catered to this need. While they are acting as the managers, they still continued teaching. This is the reason why these teachers were called principal teachers. Principal teachers became full-time administrators in most schools as schools continued to grow. Most principals therefore stopped teaching because of the many demands their management responsibilities placed on their time. As managers, the principals were held responsible of financial operations, building maintenance, student scheduling, personnel, public relations, school policy regarding discipline, coordination of the instructional program, and other overall school matters. The management role included even some cu rriculum and instruction supervision, but overall school management was the primary role principals played until the early 1980s. The debris stays in this garbage patch for not just months in the ocean but lingers for years. Seasonally when weather patterns change, big chunks of the garbage patch will detach from the center and go onto the coast line, which can cover a range of up to Oregon and California. We tend to see lots of debris come out to the coast in the fall and winter due to a pattern shift in weather and surface water movement moves toward coast. There tends to be less debris in the spring and fall because the water heads in the opposite direction. Just like with birds, there is a seasonal pattern of debris. In addition, some environmentalists strongly believe that there might be different types of debris coming during the different times of the year. Due to the larger amounts of debris coming to the coast in the fall and winter, communities should advertise coastal clean ups to avoid plastic from interfering with the ocean’s animal life. Where exactly is this debris coming from? Most debris falls off of boats, is swept out of rivers and usually from the land. It s not where the debris comes from that is the main issue but how long the debris lasts sitting in the ocean. There have been pieces of debris that are currently being found from Japanese fishing boats that have not been used in years. Not only

Self-Analysis As an individual, it is important to carry out an analysis of oneself in order to determine if I can fit in the job of a bookkeeper (Hanna, Glancy, 2013). By use of SWOT analysis, one can identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, as well as threats on a particular issue (Bourdieu Nice, 2007).Therefore, through the consideration of two SWOT analysis, the strengths and weaknesses, I can come up clearly with my viability for the bookkeeping job with basis on the requirements of the job as brought out in section one. SWOT analysis is a tool of analysis that helps one identify the strengths so as to focus on as well as the weaknesses to know what to capitalize on and how to deal with such (Speth Probert, 2015). The strengths are the abilities that one has in order to performing a certain task more successfully or even at much ease (Speth et al., 2015). In consideration of the bookkeeping job, the main strengths that I have include my education certification that goes with the bookkeeping requirements. All most all the character traits required for one to become a bookkeeper are also not measureable or even manifested on an individual, however, they are traits that are inbound. I have perfect computer skills as I have completed most packages in computer training as well as I can handle numerals at much ease with basis on my accounting background. My study of psychology also denotes the levels of problem solving skills and analytical sense I have. Im also patient and quite attentive. Weaknesses in SWOT analysis refers to the things that one cannot do or even lacks that are quite important for a certain purpose (Speth et al., 2015). With regard to the bookkeeping job and its requirements, the main weakness I can claim to have is the lack of experience. As a student, I have not yet worked at anyones firm before or even an institution as a bookkeeper. Therefore, apart from having the theoretical knowledge, I lack practical skills on various issues like even the XERO and use of MYOB. In consideration of both the outlined strengths and weaknesses, I still consider myself a preferable candidate for the bookkeeping job after school. The outlined strengths denotes that I can carry out the task of a bookkeeper quite well, and with basis on the weaknesses, issues like experience I can deal with through volunteering in the course of my study and thus lean more on things like XERO and use of MYOB. Social networking prospect In creation of a profile, it is advisable to use the social network platforms that are highly recognized and used by individuals (Partridge, 2011). The social networks which ae highly used are quite important in the sense that they will enable more employers to view the profile and most probably fall back with bids of the job opportunity (Ryan, 2011). Therefore, through then consideration of such, the choice of LinkedIn and seek.com as the social networks for creating the profiles is reached at. The two social networks area widely recognized as well as highly used by various individuals all over the world as well as Australia thus a high scope of employers. LinkedIn is a social network that links people with the same skills all over the world (Breitbarth, 2016). The first advantage that LinkedIn has which makes it most viable is that through its use, there is the link available with even other people who possess the same skills, that is bookkeeping, and are also in the same school I study. LinkedIn allows the sharing of ideas among the group of people whom it has linked as well as creates the great network of allowing links with those who are inking with ones link (Breitbarth, 2016). The kind of platform created in LinkedIn daily through the connections fascinates much in a manner that the scope of one is more of widened. Through the created links, one can be able to find an employer or even be linked to a firm that needs the kind of expertise in ones profile and easily secure a job. Seek.com on the other hand is also a social network recommended in this case. In Australia, Seek.com is ranked the number one site where job searchers finds work from different employees (Issa, Isaias Kommers, 2016).In seek.com, one updates their profile about their capabilities and the kinds of work they want, on the other hand, employers update the kind of hiring opportunities available (Cunningham, 2013). Therefore in seek.com, it is more of a two way traffic thing in which employers are seeking for employees as well as employees seeking for employment. When one party notices the other, they can end up negotiating provided the need of an employer can be fulfilled by the capabilities of the employees. Therefore, seek.com is recommended due to the efficiency as well as availability of the vast opportunities available in the platform, making it a perfect site for job finding provided, the profile is accepted by the employers. Recommendation and Conclusion With basis on the personal branding brought out in this paper, most probably it is clear that I am fit for an employment opportunity as a bookkeeper after my studies. Through the consideration of the requirements of a bookkeeper and the abilities brought forth in this paper which I possess, bookkeeping is not a big deal as already all the traits and characters needed for a bookkeeper, plus the academic qualifications are already in check. Therefore, I only need to undertake a lot of volunteer works as a bookkeeper in the institutions that might allow just for gaining the experience needed, which is most probably the basic thing I lack for qualifying to become a bookkeeper. In conclusion, this paper is a personal branding paper, which states a career choice in the beginning, bookkeeping. The job chosen is broke down in the sense that its requirements are stated with basis on the job seeking sites based in Australia. There is a self-analysis section which links my abilities to the qualifications of a bookkeeper.
