The functions of the bookkeeper in the financial institutions can be defined as an account all-rounder (Klein, 2008).The bookkeepers are responsible for tracking the financial both entering and leaving the institution, ensuring that bills are paid in time, and keeping an eye on the accounts that the institution receives (Costa, 2008).
